Buffs:
Wastrel's Collapse - this skill has been underpowered long enough,by far.
infact i think the general sin line needs to buff the USELESS skills.
Nerfs:
overpowered sin skills - infact sin is on a bit of both for me, remove the "hi bye lolowned!" and bring in the "gg, skills!" on them...mainly deadly paradox - just ETHER RENEWAL this skill,enough said!

Sprint is much faster than Enraging Charge and Charge is 33% now don't go by these out of date skill pins.

How is Sprint faster than Enraging Charge? They both are at 25% speed movement.
Buff: Hundred Blades (Not sure if its better than Sun and Moon Slash or not)

faster.
Hidden Caltrops: Elite Hex Spell. For 20 seconds, the next time target foe takes damage while moving, this Hex ends and you shadow step to target foe. When Hidden Caltrops ends, target foe takes 15...63 damage and is Crippled for 5...17 seconds.
Seeping Wound: Elite Hex Spell. For 5...17 seconds, if target foe is suffering from Bleeding or Poison, that foe suffers -1...3 Health degeneration. Every 3 seconds, if target foe is moving that foe suffers an additional -1 health degeneration for the remainder of Seeping Wound's duration.
Swing twice at target foe and foes adjacent to your target. This attack cannot be blocked.
Rune of Clarity, Recovery, Restoration, Purity all are 20% right now, increase that to 33%.
Rune of Absorption return to -3 all damage, or have +5 global armor bonus.

I agree with Rahja on most of those, but the two I'd like to see buffed most would be:
Mirror of Ice
Amity
Those two skills absolutely fail, so it would be interesting to see them improved enough to be usable.
To nerf:
Dancing Daggers
Shadow Form
Dancing Daggers to nerf the stupid Deadly Paradox sins, and Shadow Form for the reasons mentioned above.
General Buff:
The PBAoE skills that have the annoyingly long aftercast delay. Seriously, 1.75 seconds? Why do they have such a long delay?
General Nerf:
Fire Magic. Let's bring some of those other elements into the spotlight.

Oh, I know. I use Water more often than not; I only use Fire when it fits best. Be nice to remove those who do swear by Fire, though. :P

i know what you mean, but 25energy is alot to pay for it... make recharge longer and drop energy charge? maybe to 15 energy with a 10sec recharge?

The amount of freaking preperation for this skill to work is ridiculous.
Balth'z pendulum isn't all that bad
5 energy 1/4 cast 5 recharge pretty damn high recharge?
With how frequent KD's were becoming last month with Sin spikes this 1 skill could of really weakened Sin Spikes and ShockAXE and Gale eles.
It's not a great elite, as its a bit luck oriented, but it works and thus it doesnt suck.
Unless your running Black out....(which wtf is a sin running black out?) this skill sucks and would suck even if you were using black out.

Pre. Rangers don't have that much in expertise yet.
Belly Smash 6a or 9a is to much for a pre Warrior to build up it is the only hammer skill in pre.
